A LITTLE SETUP. MORE PEACE OF MIND.
Your sign-in, step by step.
Use your team account and a six-digit code from Google Authenticator. Setup is needed once; the app gives you a new code whenever you sign in.
Get Google Authenticator
Install the Google Authenticator app from your phone’s app store. Have it ready before you continue.
Google’s Authenticator guide ↗Connect your MakelyOS account
Start sign-in with the email and password for this workspace. When the secure setup page shows a QR code, open Google Authenticator, tap + and choose Scan a QR code.
Using just one phone?
Use the setup key shown on the sign-in page. In Google Authenticator, tap +, choose Enter a setup key, name the entry MakelyOS Business (or MakelyOS Team), enter the key and choose Time based. Return to the sign-in page when the code appears.
Keep the setup key and QR code private. They let another device generate your sign-in codes.
Enter your six-digit code
Choose the code for this MakelyOS account in Google Authenticator, then enter it on the secure sign-in page. If asked to sign in once more after setup, use the next current code.
Your email verification code is separate. Once sign-in is complete, you return to your dashboard.
Already set up?
Keep your existing Authenticator entry. Sign in with your email and password, then enter its current six-digit code.
Why does the sign-in address say Amazon Cognito?
MakelyOS currently uses Amazon Cognito to protect this staging sign-in. Use your MakelyOS team account here. You do not need an AWS administrator account. After verification, you return to the MakelyOS dashboard.
My code does not work
Check that you selected the correct MakelyOS entry, wait for a fresh code, and make sure your phone’s date and time are set automatically. Start sign-in again if the page has expired.
I lost my phone or Authenticator access
Contact your MakelyOS account administrator for an identity-checked recovery. Do not send passwords, setup keys or current codes in a message. This guide cannot reset or bypass your Authenticator.
